Whistleblowing

ATLANTE SRL ensures an environment where reporting any illegitimate behaviour within the Company is encouraged.

In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, we’ve implemented a Whistleblowing System, involving:

• The activation of dedicated channels (e.g., a computer platform) where confidentiality is guaranteed, including by means of encryption. The identities of the reporter, reported person, and anyone mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and any associated documents, will remain confidential
• Delegating report management to independent, specialized, and trained individuals
• The implementation of a whistleblowing procedure
• The application of “documentary privacy” to process all data confidentially.
