New General Manager Generale Atlante Sergio Picinini

1 April 2025

Driving growth, navigating complexity

In 2024, Atlante continued on its path of expansion, reinforcing its international presence while addressing the growing complexity of today’s markets with clarity and decisiveness. Our goal remains unchanged: to meet the needs of retailers with speed, precision, and tailor-made solutions. Backed by a solid structure, a reliable supply chain, and a proactive approach, we have further consolidated our position as a strategic partner in large-scale retail.

Over the past six years, our turnover has grown by more than €100 million, reaching €270 million in 2024. We are targeting €300 million in 2025 and €330 million by 2026. These results are the outcome of teamwork, an ability to anticipate key trends, and a steadfast commitment to promoting Made in Italy. Today, 45% of our turnover comes from exports, with the goal of increasing this to 50% by 2025. Key strategic markets such as Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and South Africa are areas where we are both consolidating our presence and exploring new opportunities.

A new organisational structure: Sergio Picinini appointed General Manager

At Atlante, growth also means evolution. As our operations become more complex and our international business expands, we are committed to improving efficiency and responsiveness across the organisation. This has led us to strengthen our leadership structure with the addition of a key new role.

Sergio Picinini has been appointed General Manager, taking direct responsibility for Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Supply Chain. With more than ten years at Atlante, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors, Sergio has played a key role in ensuring our financial solidity and developing the internal processes that now support our growth. His appointment is a natural and strategic next step, in line with the path Atlante has charted.

I would like to thank Natasha Linhart for the trust and recognition this appointment represents. At such a pivotal moment for Atlante, this step marks an important milestone in the journey we’ve built together over the years. We will continue working to become ever more efficient, integrated and ready to seize every opportunity, guided by the same spirit of collaboration that has brought us this far”, commented Sergio Picinini, General Manager of Atlante.

Continuity and vision: Natasha Linhart’s leadership

Sergio’s appointment is a clear sign of continuity, the result of a shared journey built on commitment and vision. It strengthens our leadership and demonstrates our determination to look to the future while remaining true to the values that have guided us until now. With his contribution, I am confident that Atlante will be even more united, innovative and agile in meeting the challenges ahead”, said Natasha Linhart, Founder and CEO of Atlante, who continues to lead the company with the same vision that has made it a recognised name on the international stage.

Under Natasha’s leadership, Atlante has grown steadily, invested strategically, and built strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners around the world. The new structure fits into a broader, clearly defined plan: to strengthen the organisation to better navigate market complexity, support growth and accelerate decision-making.

Her continued leadership ensures consistency and direction at a time when the ability to understand change and translate strategy into concrete action is a true competitive advantage.

Looking ahead with purpose and clarity

This new organisational setup is part of a wider strategy. Atlante is focused on strengthening international partnerships, increasing market coverage, and maintaining the high quality of the solutions we offer. For us, growth is never accidental — it’s the result of strategic choices, attention to detail, and consistency.

Atlante is more than a growing company. We are a business that delivers the right products at the right time, understands markets, and anticipates trends. We harness our experience to provide precise, tailored solutions through a business model that is unique in its structure. Evolving our organisation is a way to safeguard this model — making it more agile and better equipped for the future.

Our goal is clear: to surpass €330 million in turnover by 2026, reach 50% export share, and solidify our presence in the world’s most promising markets. For us, evolution means being more agile, better structured, and more forward-looking — without ever losing our direction.
