Segrè analyses the phenomenon of food waste and proposed tools such as Waste Watcher International and the 'Sprecometro' to improve purchasing and consumption behaviours. These tools aim to reduce waste globally by starting from the bottom –consumers themselves. Segrè emphasiss that consumers must adopt simple good practices with the ultimate goal of achieving "Zero Waste" always in mind.

During the Technical and Supply Chain Summit 2023, Atlante wanted to award its most virtuous partners, recognizing their commitment and valuable collaboration. The award for warehouse logistics services went to a provider who has been with Atlante from day one and has stood by our side in every new challenge, Sbaraini Trasporti e Depositi. As for the best logistic supplier, thanks to the tremendous work done together to export Italy's top-quality product, pasta, De Matteis Agroalimentare S.p.A. was selected. The quality award was granted to Fratelli Polli SpA, with whom Atlante has built an extremely solid relationship over the past 8 years, resulting in significant and ongoing successes.
