An invitation to see food not just as a product or a habit, but as a critical junction between innovation, identity and responsibility.

Behind every evolution in food lies a system in motion: shifting supply chains, new distribution models, artificial intelligence, environmental challenges and evolving expectations.
But also the need to interpret these transitions with tools that combine strategic vision, cultural awareness and the ability to act.

Throughout the day, we will explore Food Evolution from multiple perspectives:
