The 2024 edition of the Marca trade fair in Bologna offers us a unique opportunity to showcase our new products. The plant-based category is crucial for Atlante, and over the years, we have developed an extensive range of dairy and meat alternatives, aligning with the evolution of the market and consumer needs. This includes creating private label and own-brand projects. Marca 2024 is a special occasion for us as we unveil this year’s new plant-based products for the first time: plant-based drumsticks from the Dutch company Vivera, which specialises in the production of plant-based foods and is a market leader in Northern Europe. This is a unique, innovative, and extremely versatile product, offering amazing taste to consumers wishing to reduce their environmental impact. High in protein and enriched with vitamins B12 and iron, Vivera plant-based drumsticks are a nutritious meat alternative. However, it’s the taste that truly captures the hearts of consumers—they offer a stunning replication of classic chicken drumsticks, boasting a slight spiciness that mirrors the beloved meat version.
