Cathedral City, the UK’s number one cheddar cheese brand, is expanding its range in Italy with an exciting new product designed to delight fans of the iconic English cheese: Mini Cheddar. This new offering combines the classic taste of Cathedral City Mature Cheddar in a convenient 20g portion.
Atlante is the exclusive distributor of the Cathedral City range for the Italian market. Last year, we introduced three products in two different formats: the classic 200g blocks in Mature and Extra Mature varieties, along with the versatile slices.
Premium Quality Cheddar
Cathedral City Cheddar is synonymous with tradition and quality. Made exclusively from 100% English milk sourced from the lush pastures of South-West England, the mild climate of this region helps produce fresh and creamy high-quality milk. The cheese is crafted at the multi-award-winning Davidstow Creamery, which sources its milk from a network of around 330 dedicated farmers. With a unique ageing process refined over more than 50 years, Cathedral City Cheddar delivers a distinctive and unmistakable flavour, along with a rich and creamy texture.
